Hi, i am deeply unsatisfied with how the De Kroon is acting after the sales. They have provided us with wrong information about the heating boiler, it's 10 year older than mentioned in the documents. The seller doesn't want to cover the cost of the new boiler and De Kroon just doesn't answer. I think it's their fault as well, they also made a lot of mistakes in all documents/names/data during the process, so i'm not surprised they don't check the seller's information. They promoted the apartment having almost a brand new boiler from 2017 and it turned out to be from 2007 and costed us additional 3000 euro after just 2 months after we moved in. I wish they at least acted professionally and tried to talk to their seller to fix the problem, now we may end up filing a law suit against this. Thanks.
